Babay oyster mushroom is a special oyster mushroom which is delicious and crispy, has a oyster flavor. It is welcomed by Japan as Low calorie . Also it is rich in nutrition, contains protein,fat , carbohydrate , vitamin A.C……. it reduces high blood pressure and lowers cholesterol with long-term consumption.

Produced from fully mature ripe mushrooms which have been clean washed and individually quick frozen. This is an all natural product, containing no additives or preservatives,no SO2. and may  be subject to seasonal colour and flavour variations. Country of Origin: China.

2. Process of manufacture:
(1) mushroom is clearly washed before frozen and metal detected before packed.
(2) mushroom is inspected manually to remove FM and mouldy ones.
(3) mushroom is individually quick frozen, the core temperate of each mushroom reaches minus 18DC.
(4) mushroom is packed in food grade polylined cartons then removed and stored at minus 18DC.
